1 Cup Chopped Pineapple

1 Pear

1 Inch Piece of Ginger

1 Cup Chopped Celery

1 Cup Good Ol’ Fashion H20

So refreshing after a quick killer workout that left me a sweaty mess.

High Intensity Interval Training is just the best for getting a nice, quick cardio/bodyweight exercise routine in. Perfect when you don’t have an hour+ to get your fitness groove on.

Food Key

– Pineapples: vitamin C, potassium, magnesium and folic acid

– Pears: fiber, potassium and copper

– Ginger: stimulates digestion, combats flatulence (nice!) and is effective against colds

– Celery: potassium, folic acid and vitamins C & B6
