1 Cup Mesclun Greens

1 Cup Chopped Carrots & Celery

1 Cup Chopped Beets

1/2 Cup Sliced Cucumber

1 Cup Coconut Water

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

Food Key

– Mesclun: vitamins C & A, calcium and iron

– Carrots: vitamins A & B6, folic acid and magnesium

– Celery: potassium, folic acid and vitamins C & B6

– Beets: potassium, vitamins A, B6 & C, magnesium, riboflavin, iron, copper, calcium, thiamine, folic acid, zinc and niacin (SUPER!!)
