1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

1/4 Cup Steel Cut Oats

1/4 Cup Raw Almonds

1 Scoop Soy-Free Vegetable Protein Powder

1 Tablespoon Sunflower Seed Butter

1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
