1 Cup Mesclun Greens

1 Cups Chopped Carrots

1 Chopped Apple

1 Cup Orange Juice

1/2 Cup Water

– Broccoli: vitamins C & A, potassium, folic acid, magnesium, iron, beta-carotenes and phosphorus (STACKED!!)

– Mesclun: vitamins C & A, calcium and iron

– Carrots: vitamins A & B6, folic acid and magnesium
