Pineapple Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

Today’s refreshing fruit smoothie comes courtesy of my wife, Mrs. Smoothie Operator.  Enjoy!

Smoothie - Pineapple Strawberry Yogurt

1 Cup Chopped Frozen Pineapple

1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries

1 Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt

1 Cup Coconut Water

Food Key

– Pineapples: vitamin C, potassium, magnesium and folic acid

– Strawberries: vitamins C & B5, potassium, folic acid and magnesium 

– Yogurt: vitamins B2 & B12, protein, calcium, potassium, magnesium and probiotics (good bacteria that boosts the immune system and helps digestion)

– Coconut Water: improves digestion and metabolism, supports immune system
